……That dream was about a whole new concept in Real Estate Marketing, a unique concept. Something that had not been done before here in Mobile, AL. She wanted to form a team of agents. But she wanted to insure that each member of that team would be able to realize their dreams of financial achievements, personal growth and professional success.

The ideas behind her dream were simple ones……….
…To be able to better train new agents…….To help more people…..To better serve the needs of her agents….and enable them to better serve their clients…..

Hope opened the doors of Blue Ribbon Realty on January 2, 2001 with one
Non-compete broker, a highly experienced husband and wife team and a personal assistant who were all licensed agents.

In just ten shorts months she has added to her staff and is now proud to have 24 agents and 5 office employees on her team. Her husband, Pat Downey is the President of the Company. Pat has served in the Business Community of Mobile for more than 30 years.

…………And now Hope's dream is truly beginning to evolve as the company moves into the next chapter of the building of her "dream team".
